Churna Pinda Sweda is another therapeutic modality in Ayurveda, closely related to Patra Pinda Sweda but with its own unique approach. In this treatment, instead of herbal leaves and plants, a combination of medicated powders, known as "churna," is used. These powders are typically made from a blend of dried herbs, roots, and other natural ingredients with therapeutic properties. Similar to Patra Pinda Sweda, the churna is tied into cloth pouches, creating the "pinda" or bundle. These pouches are then heated in medicated oils or herbal decoctions and applied to the body in a rhythmic and systematic manner.
